AELO Swiss Academy

At the close of 2023, AELO Swiss Academy (formerly Aero Locarno) engaged us to execute a comprehensive rebranding strategy and assume responsibility for driving global business development initiatives.

Within the first operational year, we achieved exceptional results: revenue experienced a triple-digit percentage growth, and sales volumes doubled, with the academy transitioning from 50 ATPL Integrated enrollments in 2023 to 100 ATPL and MPL programs in 2024. This growth reflects a strategic focus on optimizing the sales funnel, enhancing value propositions, and expanding market penetration.

For 2025, our roadmap includes another 5% price adjustment to align with value-based pricing models and sustain revenue growth. We are targeting the sale of 150 ab initio training programs, leveraging refined lead-generation campaigns, advanced customer segmentation, and a data-driven approach to sales and marketing to capture an even larger share of the european market.
