FlyBy Aviation Academy

In 2018, FlyBy invited us to take over their marketing and business development department, and we gladly accepted the challenge.

Over the following five years, we transformed the flight school's image, website, and fleet. We created a new brand identity and designed and developed a user-friendly and attractive website that showcased their services, facilities, and testimonials.

O&P also developed the CRM platform that manages the relationship with the customers, from the first contact to the graduation and beyond. We were responsible for generating leads through various channels, such as digital marketing campaigns, special promotions, sponsored events, and referrals.

We also launched two innovative programs that set FlyBy apart from other flight schools: the FlyBy Cadet Program and the ATPD Bachelor's Degree Program with Burgos University. These programs offer aspiring pilots a comprehensive and accelerated training, as well as a recognized academic degree and a guaranteed job placement.

Our efforts paid off, as we saw a remarkable increase in the revenue and sales of FlyBy. When we took over the company, they had an annual revenue of 2 million Euros and sold approximately 40 ATPL Integrated courses per year. In 2023, we sold just under €23 million Euros, averaging 1.1 ATPL Integrated sales per day.

By November 2023 the school was at maximum capacity and the programs were completely full until July 2024.

This is a testament to the quality of the service, the satisfaction of the customers, and the effectiveness of the marketing and sales strategies that we implement.
