In 2015, we were hired to launch Quality Fly and specifically introduce their flagship ATPL Integrated program.
Our mandate was to position the school as a value for money destination for pilot training, and over the first three years, we achieved remarkable success by opening the international market, attracting students from over 40 countries.
Our strategic collaboration with Quality Fly focused on developing and executing robust marketing and sales strategies that elevated their visibility, strengthened their reputation, and significantly boosted revenue. A cornerstone of this effort was creating a new brand identity that encapsulated their core values, ambitious vision, and uncompromising quality standards. This rebranding extended to designing the school’s fleet livery, ensuring a cohesive and professional image across all touchpoints.
We also designed and developed a multiple landing pages and a high-performing, user-centric website that highlighted their industry information, programs, facilities, and customer testimonials, etc. This digital presence served as a key asset in driving engagement and conversions.
Complementing this, we spearheaded targeted digital marketing campaigns, including special promotions, events, and strategic initiatives, which successfully captured and converted prospective students. Through our efforts, Quality Fly solidified its position as a leader in the spanish pilot training market during its formative years.
